Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions for Kayaks

The following terms and conditions apply to the extended warranty for kayaks purchased from Ritz Marine. This extended warranty offers additional coverage beyond the standard warranty and ensures peace of mind for our customers.

Warranty Period

   - The extended warranty covers an additional 12 months from the expiration of the standard 24-month warranty, providing a total coverage of 36 months from the original purchase date.

Coverage

   - The extended warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

   - This includes structural issues such as hull cracks and faulty materials that impact the kayak's performance or safety.

   - Accessories or additional parts purchased separately (e.g., paddles, seats, etc.) are not covered unless specified otherwise.
