The rod holder is made from durable plastic and comes with three screw mounts to fix it to your sit on top kayak and a foam sealing ring to stop water filtering through the screw holes and edges. It also comes with a rubber lid that can be closed to reduce any unwanted water from entering it when the rod holder is not being used.
