Technical Salesperson
Job Description
As a Technical Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products for their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a top-notch sales experience in our marine shop. Your in-depth understanding of marine equipment and technical products will help guide customers in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist customers with product selection, providing technical guidance on marine
equipment, boats, dinghies and accessories.
● Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
● Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting assistance.
● Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications and features.
● Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
● Organize and maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor.
● Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
● Strong knowledge of marine equipment and boating hardware.
● Previous experience in sales, particularly in a marine or technical setting.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to understand and explain technical features of products.
● Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
● Fluency in English & Driving License (additional languages are a plus)
Experience in rigging boat engines would be considered an asset.
